All Access Visa NetSpend, I purchased their Visa Gift Card, didn't use it , the balance is zero due to their fees. I also paid an upfront fee. Internet
I paid a fee at the grocery store to purchase a prepaid gift card. I ended up not giving the gift. I went to use the 50 dollar card sometime later to find the balance zero, as they stole it through their monthly fees. Why do we bail out banks? Their all thieves.
