All area roofing installed multiple skylights in April 2013. Skylight had major water leaks during rain destroying ceiling, walls, carpets and flooring.
Frank Sarpino, President of All Area Roofing , provided 7 year written guarantee of quality of work and repair guarantee.
Reported leak and damage to company, received E mail back saying they would be on scene in next 24 hours.
Two days later Frank Sarpino called to say he was closing the company and declairing bankruptcy and would not honor any guarantee or do any work.
Same guy, same company, same level of poor workmanship and same level of worthless guarantees, don't let him fool you or believe his rebuttals, he remains someone you never want working on your property.
