This man named Mike came to fix a leak that was from the outside faucet. He had to put 2 huge holes in my wall from the inside of the house to replace the pipe leading to the outside faucet. He replaced a busted copper pipe with a garden hose. I didn't know any differnt because I was living in Georgia at the time, but planning to move back to that house. He called, said that it was all done and taken care of and I sent him a check for $245.00. He called back and said that it had been leaking so bad that it had mold growing under the sheet-rock and told me that he could spray this chemical to kill it so we didn't have to tear sheet-rock out and it would be alot cheaper. I gave him the go ahead. He did it 2 days before I moved back into that house so I waited to pay him until I got back to the house. He said that the spray was going to cost $125.00 and I ask why so much and he said it was because he had to put 13 small holes in between all those boards where the insulation was. So I moved back and saw that there were still 2 huge holes from the previous plumbing problem with the faucet that he was supposed to have fixed but didn't fix and I only saw 3 holes in the wall from the spray. I assumed that he wasn't finished and maybe he had to do it in stages. I called and couldn't get in touch with him. I left message on top of message and he never returned my call. Finally the wall was smelling so bad and the mold was coming through the sheet-rock so in frustration, we just ripped it off. It was a good thing we did because he had never fixed the leak. It was still leaking just as bad as it ever was. The brand new carpet that I had put down was all wet and he was no where to be found. When I called back it said that his phone was temporarily disconnected. I called the other number on his business card and a woman answered and said she would tell him about my problem. I haven't heard from him and I am doubtful that I ever will.

All I can say is that if you live in the Murfreesboro, Nashville, Columbia Tennessee area and looking for a plumber, he advertises in the paper because that is where I found him. Just stay away from him. Run the other way as fast as you can run. He didn't finish the job, didn't fix it correctly and left me with the biggest mess you have ever seen AND took my money.

First of all, This company, Mike, only visited my house twice. My son was there and let him in both times. He never was in the window as he works nights and he sat up many days waiting on him to come but didn't show. When he did come, he was there for less than 30 minutes. When I came back from Georgia, the inside closet that was supposed to be fixed, was still ALL wet. I put a fan in there thinking that it jus wasn't dried out yet. But the wet kept coming and coming. There were holes in the walls which I told him that I would fix because I was going to paint anyway so I didn't mind fixing them. All I ask is that the leak be fixed. And that is all that I expected. Apparently he cant' manage his finances or he isn't even responsible enough to have his phone working because for a weeks his phone was cut off. When I finally got in touch with a girl at the other number she said he said this and he said that and he said this and he said this...when I told her that it wasn't fixed and it was still leaking and I would pay him the rest of what I owed him when he came to fix it, she stopped dead in her tracks and then she became really nice. She said she would have him call me. Do you think that I ever heard anything... NOPE! Never. All he had to do is come and fix what he didn't fix in the first place. I am assuming that he didn't know what he was doing so that is why he didn't show up. I had to pay someone to come and fix it right and they called this company, namely MIKE, a phoney that didn't have clue as to what he was doing. In fact, when he saw it and I told him that I couldn't get him back to fix it, he just shook his head and told me that is why you use reputable companies. Well I have learned my lesson. The only reason that I wrote this in the first place is to save the next victim $250. Take it or leave it but you have been warned. Secondly if any readers are reading this, I would NEVER have this person work on anything that I own because he is lying through his teeth saying that he came many times. LIAR and he knows that he is lying. If he will lie he will cheat and steal from you just like he did me. There was no 8 trips... only 2 and didn't do the job then. By the time I got the leak fixed RIGHT... the dry wall damage was so bad that we had to tear down the entire closet and start from scratch. If I had the money I would have taken this company to court. He says my check was bad. if anyone wants to see the check, I can't put my phone number on here but if you write to me through this, I will be glad to send you a copy of the check front and back so you can see that it was good from the first day. There was no return on it. I am good for my money. So no one had to come and collect anything. I tried to pay the man the rest of what I owed him. I told him when he came to finish the job, I would pay him the rest. Did he ever show up. NOPE. WHY? Because he doesn't know what he is doing. I even had a REAL plumber say that and by looking at his work. I was waiting to replace carpet until he got the job done. So I have no idea what he is talking about when he says I replaced the carpet. Yeah.. I replaced it only after I had a real plumber fix it. As far as what goes around comes around. I guess this business will get what is coming to it. I think it already has since his phone was cut off for a while. probably not enough mone to pay it because he doesn't know what he is doing so he doesn't make enough money to pay the bill. He could have had my money if he just simply took care of his customers. That is all that I asked is to please fix my leak. I have save a few people as my neighbor came over and had seen a vehicle here and asked who I used. I warned them against this person and gave my neighbor the name and number of the REAL plumber. Next time Aspect goes on a public forum maybe he should tell the truth. If you screwed up just admit be a man and quit hiding under the lies. I was married to a coward once and he hid under lies all the time. People get so tired of that.! The only thing that I can say that was wrong in my first report is that I said he used a garden hose. The REAL plumber said that it was the right equipment that he used. So I do appologize for that one. I had no clue as to what was supposed to be used that is just what it looked like to me. But as far as that. that is all that he did right. I have had several business before. In order to go far and make money you have to treat your customers right.

Melody, First, let me say that you are confused. The product that was used to repair your waterline is exactly the same material used throughout home. You have a slab foundation home built in the last 10 years. In those homes copper piping is NOT used. The fixture is copper. The pipe is plastic, I simply used a crimp style union to reconnect where it was cut (by me) to remove the fixture from the outside of the wall. Secondly, I used a line camera to scope your wall and found no old in the garage area. The only mold found was in the area of the break in the line and exterior wall in the Master B/R. Those areas are the ones that were treated. Thirdly, there was no damage left for you to find. Your drywall was fixed before I left. You say that you left repeated voice mails for me, but mention nothing of the repeated appointments to come to your home only to make the 100 mile round trip to find nobody at home. Not to mention the insufferable attitude of your younger son who I could see in the home through the window and wouldnt come to the door. I made at least 8 trips to your home in a two week period. Only once was I able to conduct any work. You neglected to tell everyonr here that reads this that you also paid with a check that the bank refused to cash due to insufficient funds, and that you also paid the carpet guy with a bad check. Also, that when he came to try and collect that you pretended not to know what he was even talking about. That you had never had carpet replaced. When you are going to make allegations in a public forum, you should at least have the cajones to tell it all, good and bad. What goes around comes around.
