Hey Mary! (or is it "Lori?") WCBS TV cleaned your clock on the news. Here is the link for anyone who is interested. http://cbsnewyork.com/shamestories/local_story_240103153.html I especially liked how the Suffolk DA is planning to put this place out of business, and putting its owners away for a very long time. STEER CLEAR of these scamsters.

Thank you, Steve from SouthHampton, for bringing out the crooked background of All Brands Appliance. They have defrauded many people. If there was ever a plumbing company which deserves to be put out of business, this is it. I am only one of many victims.

The Owner of Reliance did time (6 months in jail) and 4 years probation for consumer fraud. Last I heard the US Attorney was looking in to RICO charges againt her. The company is the number one worst offender on the Suffolk County Consumer Affairs Warning Website. See http://www.co.suffolk.ny.us/webtemp3.cfm?dept=3&id=1812 Mary, what is your response to this?

remember folks, there are two sides to a story believe that norman had to go to florida and he was in a big hurry but doesn't tell you how his poor tenants were without proper running water for days before he decided to call our company at midnight. he wanted to save as much money as he can . all of us here tried to help him deal with his " emergency" as he called it. he didn't tell the whole story he only told bits and pieces to his advantage to make himself look like a poor victim. when the repairman arrived he saw what was shown to him unaware that there was a underlying problem more work was needed as the work was in progress there was more damage underneath that could only be proven once the work was in progress. so normie (after the agreeded work was in progress) decided to try and cancell the work because we asked for more money. normie wanted us to do the extra work for nothing! he demanded a full refund ,but didn't consider the work, labor and services that was already in progress. so there you have it people. there are two sides to a story . merchants like us suffer at the hands of consumers who cheat us out of what is rightfully ours or a consumer that wants somthing for nothing. do you think a cunsumer like that would ever have a heart for us? what about our insurance? labor? overhead? expenses? would love to hear from other merchants who have been ripped off by consumers
