Now, I know this may all seem a bit "sloppily" to you, from someone you claim is a "sick individual", but the reality is this:
1. There's more where this came from, I've done my research.
2. I wouldn't claim something I can't and won't back up & produce in court.
3. The company's ambulance chaser straight out told me they went through this with another employee, but they produced a contract in court and had it thrown out....and they're quite proud of that. Unfortunately for him, his scare tactic didn't work. (But I'm the sick one here?)
4. This is an experienced driver who very quickly went to work for a reputable company who strives to protect not only their employee's but also their customers. (Not too shabby for a "sloppily, lazy, incompetent" "disgruntled driver" who "got fired".)
5. I'm not a business owner....I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE.
6. It's NOT MY COMPANY'S REPUTATION and SUBSEQUENT REVENUE at risk.
7. My friend's and I got a real good laugh out of the post by the "Safety Administrator". There is no "safety and compliance" department. (I can't stop laughing, that's a good one guys.) That was probably Adam and the "ex-employee" is probably Duane.
9. These posts are all reactions from these emotional employees and further validate my claim regarding retaliation & dishonesty.
10. Don't even get me started on the Bill of Ladings...
When is this company gonna stop with the retaliation and games, do the right thing by this employee and salvage what's left of their reputation? This report will be redacted when All Points returns his personal property and pays him his outstanding wages. I guess you have to ask yourself if squandering someone's wages & assets is worth the potential lost revenue for you.
Mr. "Ex-Employee"...I may be "sick" in your opinion, but I'm not stupid.
Oh, and one more thing Mr. "Ex-Employee", do tell why you no longer work for this company because I'm just dying to know why such an incredibly intelligent individual such as yourself would leave a company you find so "honest & reputable".

I appreciate your input; however, I was not fired...I resigned and can absolutely provide proof of that. I have no doubt the previous two comments were made by one of the 4 existing office employees working hard to save face.
In terms of proof and validation, anyone with any intelligence can research a company and get background information. Court documents are a matter of public record and can easily be obtained online. This company has many previous and current judgments and litigations against them from former employee's, brokers, etc...not to mention Mr. Defoe's personal financial and relationship woes. I encourage you to visit https://www.courts.mo.gov/casenet/cases/searchCases.do and do the research yourself. If you search "All Points Logistics", "All Point Logistics" and "Adam Defoe" you can see it all for yourself in writing directly from the courts.
The company is in current litigation with Penske Logistics, and Mr. Defoe has a recent order of protection against him. That's not an allegation, it's a fact.
Additionally, you can research the company on this website and find other reports aside from this one.
Meanwhile, the company is still in posession of my friend's personal property valued at over $500, more than 60 day's after his voluntary resignation. (Pathetic!) Again, proof of this exists and has been provided to Mr. Defoe's attorney. (The attorney has stopped responding...I'm guessing the company owes him money too!)

I have worked for All Point Logistics in the past and can give testimony that the previous poster is one sick individual. All Points Logistics demands that all their drivers work in a safe manner and operate safe equipment. Why would they (All Point) risk lawsuits, breakdowns, delays etc., or risk financial repercussions if found guilty of any of the false accusations put forth.
These are flat out untruths about All Point Logistics and NO PROOF can be given by the accuser. It is simply a case of a disgruntled driver who was fired for being sloppily, lazy and incompetent, and now simply wishes to cause harm to a companys reputation.

As a Safety Administrator (working in the industry for 20 plus years), I have been brought in to consult all safety matters with ALL Point Trucking, and to handle all filings with the DOT and issues any driver may have. After careful review of ALL entries made, Mr. DeFoe AND ALL Point are in complete compliance, as we are working daily to make sure all logs book entries, trip reports, hours of service, pre-trips, post-trips, and asset related issues (concerning the trucks and trailers) are addressed, to keep ourselves ahead of the curve regarding safety. We have placed an order for an electronic logbook filing system, which will also allow us to track all assets to know EXACTLY where our drivers are at any given time. Regarding this "report" filed by said complainant; Mr. DeFoe has made every move necessary to insure his safety within the company, while staying in compliance with the state and federal agencies within the DOT.
"In the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Handbook, section 395 CLEARLY states that ALL paperwork (detailing trips) has to be turned in within 13 days in order to receive payment. Failure to do so can result in loss of pay and/or a visit from a federal agent"
I am CERTAIN that the driver reporting the loss will get paid, once he follows the rules set that all drivers must follow for final pay.
Rest assured that ALL Point is making steps to remove any and all doubt that this report has made, as this is a small yet strong, stable company that follows the rules put in place by the FMCSA.
