After further research for filing suit in against All Pro movers and Father & Son movers I would learn some very interesting things. First, I found out that Father and son was an agent for ALL PRO VAN LINES, INC., up until a year ago. Father and son no longer wanted to business with these people. Well KOODOS TO FATHER AND SON! BUT! Not surprising at all, Mark Karbien worked for Father and son Movers and is the moron who gave me the estimate without ever coming to my home. He also refused to help me when ALL PRO failed to honor the contract and guarentees that were agreed upon for my move. When Father and son refused to work as an agent for ALL PRO anymore and is in the process of a law suit against them, Mark Karbien went on the payroll of ALL PRO! Second, I learned that ALL PRO VAN LINES, INC., is now doing business as "ALL PRO MOVING AND STORAGE." Third, I learned that in June 2005, effective August 2005, ALL PRO through their MC# that their license had been "INVOLUNTARILY REVOKED" for failure to maintin insurance. Lastly, I spoke with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety administration who stated that ALL PRO is no longer a member in good standing with them!! Dying for my day in Court. Representing myself in a case against ALL PRO is going to be the most entertaining thing I could ever imagine doing! Will keep you posted on any updates.

I hope you win. I contacted Father and Son myself for a move, and this yahoo shows up at my door and claims to be only one in the moving world that won't rip me off. After about 45 minutes of listening to him rant and rave about what a wonderful guy he is, I showed him the door. He tried to tell me that his estimates are NEVER wrong, and I would not pay ONE PENNY MORE for the move, yet in the same breath, he tells me that of course they will have to weigh the truck after it is loaded. I asked why would they do this when the move is in-town, 2 miles from my current location. I asked him why he would drive 20 miles out of the way to have the truck weighed. Of course, the idiot had no answer.
