Stay awway from this "company"! They should not be allowed to do business of any type and needs to be shut down.

First, Mark gave a price estimate over the phone of 1,000.00 for a one bedroom apartment that was "about 2500 lbs". That should have been my first red flag that they lowballed without even seeing the contents to ship.

Once the items were picked up, Nelson Diaz promised 3 day delivery. Then I was told that the weight doubled to 4500 lbs! I know I don't have 4500 lbs of things in the apartment. Of course, the price would be higher, but they had no estimate yet.

Delivery date of Saturday came and went. I was promised Tuesday, Wednesday and then Thursday by Nathan. By Tuesday, the price has risen to 2,200.00 per Nathan and or/Bob. At this point, I just wanted my belongings and agreed over the phone. Whenever I called, I was treated rudely, hung up on or just plain ignored and my calls were not returned. It was simply ridiculous! No one should be treated like this!

You would think that the nightmare would stop there, but it did not. Delivery was delayed until Friday at 6pm. I called in the morning and they had not even left the building yet. I decided by then that I would not see them until the next day. Sure enough, they called Sunday morning to ask about the roads to get on. I was told that rt 66 did not accept trucks and if they get a ticket, I would be responsible! Well, rt. 66 does not ban trucks, and I knew this, so I told them just to take it and ignored their threat of a ticket.

My belongings came late that afternoon. The two workers gave me paperwork that is all incomplete. No addresses are on anything that I have here. I was forced to sign the inventory sheet before unloading the truck and to pay at that time. I was not allowed to see my items first. Thank goodness I did not sign the inventory sheet at destination because I found many items, even valuable ones, damaged or missing completely once they were unloaded. When I asked the one worker about my desk, he stated "you already signed for it, sucker!". I could not believe it! I was not allowed to get onto the truck to look for my missing items.

Damage wise, boxes were crushed, wooden furniture chipped or broken, glass that was well packed smashed. Family heirlooms never got here. Items were obviously treated badly. I took photos with my digital camera. I will be uploading them for all to see. Trash was left behind by the company. I told the workers that I was disputing the credit card charges. They told me that I could not do that and that they would load the things back on to the truck. I told them that they could no longer enter my home. Once they noticed that I had my camera, they began packing up quickly and gunned it out of the driveway.

I need yous and anyones help almost three years ago I hire AllPro Moving to move my family to Texas. they showed up with a pretty new 18 wheeler with 4 guys to pack up my belongings and took my 4000 square ft house full of my familys belonging along with all my family heirlooms from France and Europe . The reason I hired this company is because Joe PROMISED nothing would be taken off the truck that it was a direct delivery see you in 7 days ! I explained to him how valuable those antiques were and how precious they were to me . 7 weeks later to my horror this boxed spray painted truck showed up at my house with one guy in it .He informed me that I needed to hire some people from a local movers if i wanted my stuff . My first thought when i saw this spray painted truck was to call the numbers on the door ( SPRAY PAINTED ) which they were disconected (SURPRISE) needless to say the second thing I did was call the police . When the three men from a local movers showed up one pulled me aside and lady do you have a camera he said you better go borrow one " I never seen anything like this " i ran accross the st and borrowed . I started taking pictured and the driver kept blocking his face and got very angry at me to the point on of the other movers said buddy you better quit with you language or else....... well after 2nd time the police showed up cause the driver was being totally uncooperative. They sugessted that i get a money order and do not give him cash $5600.00 like he was demanding. the cops had told him it is same as cash so I went to the bank and got a cashiers check which thank God after they looked at the police reports they put a stop payment on it. I was hysterical seeing the few things that were mine and how damaged they were. one of the other movers said lady please just come in the house and tried to calm me and while we were in the house the driver jumped into the truck and drove away with all my families belongings leaving around 6-8 moving blankets a bunch of things he said were mine ,but i have never seen these things before in my life. and then there was a green trash bag on the side walk which after the police showed up again for the 3rd time. We were going through the things that were left and I grabbed the bag on the side walk to see two empty beer bottles some Wendy's left overs pornographic magizine and my mother death certificate and some of my credit card statment rolled up into a ball .Thats when we figure he had gone through all my family belongings ( I guess thats what took seven weeks.) I was absolutly horrified and violated this man had drove off with at least 40 xtra large rubbermaid containers, with my whole familys (three children).....finacial statments and pass ports along with social security and tax doccuments ... Needless to say 3 years later i am still dealing with identity theft along with the fact that my whole familys life has been erased ,no picture ,no home, movie no ,trophis ,awards certificates recitals nothing that i spent twenty three years snapping a camera and taking movies ... My fathers Flag from is funeral all his metals, all my sons letters from the Marine when he joined 4 days after 9/11. I can't even begin to tell you the mental stress my family and myself have had dealing with identity theft and the fact we have nothing only the cloths we packed in suit cases . I have hired an attourney to help me .I have search countless hours on the web looking for some of my heirlooms (very distinctive) praying i could retreive something .I am looking for people who have had the same thing happen to them ....PLEASE LETS PULL TOGETHER SO THESE PEOPLE CAN NOT DESTROY ANY ONE ELSES LIFE.
