These losers think they can make a quick buck. DO NOT TRUST THEM, DONT NOT LISTEN TO THEIR FAIRY TALES

I called in to be helped with my credit card problem. I was asked to pay 99$ for "registration" and i was going to be paying around $250 a month and within a 5year period i would have been over with my credit card debt once and for all.

Their promise was that they were responsible to close my account. Few days passed. Account is still open and my credit card was asking for the monthly payment. My credit card company told me that there was no such agreement with any company named Allegro Law Firm Or any other that might be related to this matter with a different name.

I called in to ask what was going on and their Employee Anthony cursed me out like i was a 5 year old kid asking for the impossible. I was being very polite while he was being very rude.HOW PROFESSIONAL CAN YOU BE WITH THIS ATTITUDE? I kindly asked to close my account with no more discussion as none of his sh*t really made sense to me anymore. He refused to return any money and then he claimed that the 99$ of "registration" and the first month's payment were going to their company and not towards my credit card while the agreement wasnt like that...

Our conversation shifted to a whole new level after we involved lawyers in our conversation. All of a sudden the money were refunded to my account. Im sure he was s**t scared from this situation as he had no lawyers to back him up as he was saying.

AVOID ANY TRANSACTION WITH ALLEGRO LAW OR ANY OTHER COMPANY THAT IS RELATED TO ALLEGRO LAW. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

April 2009: The BBB rating pretty much says it all - "F". They get a whole star only because there is no way to rate them any lower. On 3/31/08 they set me up in a program with Hess Kennedy. If you don't know who Hess Kennedy is count your blessings. They are no longer in business, if you're curious type "Hess Kennedy" into google. Thats what I did when they stopped taking money out of my account; I was disturbed by the results. These clowns were being sued for fraud as far back as 2006 - thanks for hooking us up Credit Exchange! I never received anything from Hess Kennedy, the Credit Exchange, or ANYONE that Hess Kennedy was out of business. Upon contacting the Credit Exchange they referred me to the legal 'receiver' for Hess Kennedy, said I'd have to go through them to get my money back. The Credit Exchange offered no help, and apparently feels no responsibility that I am now out over $3,000. These scam artists are lower than pond scum, avoid them like the plague! Anyone posting positive comments about them is obviously one of their dirtbag employees. Steve Hallmann

What happened to you happens to hundreds of people very week who are unfortunate enough to get involved with The Credit Exchange. Be sure to file your complaints also with The Better Business Bureau so they can add this to the huge laundry list of complaints. Only by people speaking out will the Attorney General be able to shut this place down in Santa Ana, California and Las Vegas, Nevada.
