Allen Motors BEWARE! Ripoff SHADY Buisness Practices TAX FRAUD Thousand Oaks California
Be Very careful with Allen Motors Inc., They Sell High End automobiles and try to persuade innocent customers to commit Fraud by agreeing to and signing DMV Vehicle titles for thousands less than the actual selling price. They tried to persuade me with comments such as, "We Do It All The Time", "We Sold a $100,000.00 Porsche turbo and put $20,000.00 on the title", "Chances are 1 in a 1,000,000 to get caught"
In my case we agreed on an out the door price on a car over the phone. When I asked them to fax me what we agreed on they hesitated and said they would have to put a price $30,000.00 lower than the actual selling price on the contract and title in order to make the deal work.
This is Called TAX FRAUD and is much more risky than they will lead you to believe. The DMV is cracking down on these types of shady car dealers all over California. As a consumer you that falls into this Fraud, you will also be prosecuted.
To Lori Fink and Marty Sanger, You wasted a good deal of my time. The 1 in a Million chance of getting caught for tax fraud may hit you sooner than you think. When an innocent consumer makes a legitimate offer, either accept the offer or not. Don't get them to try and break the Law for you profits.
