Our story is not much different than every other you'll read about Troy Johnson and Allure Aesthetics. We contacted Troy in May of 2017 regarding the purchase of a pre-owned laser. We sent him a deposit check of $15k with the expectation that he would send the laser to us. The laser was not delivered and after hearing countless excuses as to why it wasn't, we backed out of the deal because things just didn't seem quite right to us. We asked for our deposit back and again, Troy has offered one excuse after another as to why the deposit has not been returned to us. His latest excuse is my favorite, though. The secretary is going through a divorce is distracted and didn't put the check in the mail to us! That's almost laughable! Troy even went as far as emailing a UPS mailing label to us telling us that the check was going to be on its way. Online tracking shows that the item has not been brought to UPS...another excuse.
We have met with our attorney to begin legal action against Troy Johnson and Allure Aesthetics. I will continue to post complaints on any and every internet site that I can in an effort to heighten the awareness of others. After talking to some of his other "victims", I feel fortinate that he didn't scam us for as much as he did them. It's very difficult to believe that no one can stop this man from ripping people the way that he is. Furthermore, its even more disheartening that there seems to be no chance for restitution for his "victims".

As of September 15, 2017, the situation with Allure Aesthetics has been resolved. We are happy to say that a refund has been made to us in the amount of $15k which was the full amount of deposit paid to Allure Aesthetics last May.
