On May 12 2014 I order pet medication from Allvetmed.com. They took the money then I never heard anything from them on web site it showed it to be processing.
I e-mailed they said we send it,gave a tracking number that did not work. E-mailed again They said tracking did not work because they didn't send it yet, sending it on Mon. Which was the next week.
Several e-mails sent to them with out any results. I recently ask for a refund be credited back to my account. They replied with are canceling my order and sending my refund. Will take twenty four to forty eight hours for processing. Has now been six days not in my account yet. I e-mailed again to say refund has not been received. Reply: Apologize for the error I will make sure you receive your money back immediately

I keep checking my account online The money is not their. I do not beleive it ever will be. I have been ripped off. Warning do not buy from this company.
