I thought Mississippi had the worst schooling, but it's clearly Alabama who does not teach reading comprehension. If you actually read the complaint, Tom had food poisoning, so Marc said he could reschedule. Tom DID reschedule, then Marc said they didn't have enough for the ride and MARC cancelled the tour. just to make sure uou understand - ALOHA BICYCLE TOURS CANCELLED THE TOUR!!! Not Tom. Well, like any customer who doesn't receive a service, Tom wanted a refund. And, apparently Aloha tours does this quite often and does not refund money. That, Peter, is what is called a RIPOFF. How does someone as backwoods and ignorant as yourself understand how to turn on a computer?

You have some nerve calling the company a rip off, when obviously it was your irresponsibility and lack of planning that got you in the situation in the first place. So you show up late (or not at all) ... and you expect the entire tour to wait for YOU? Then you demand your money back since YOU chose not to show up at the scheduled time? Hate to break it to you, but the company is trying to run a business, not a charity. You paid for a service, and the service was provided, whether or not you chose to uphold your end of the bargain by showing up at the designated time. You snooze you lose, buddy.
