A review of the BBB site confirms what I wrote. THe Better Business Bureau has given up on Alyon after processing 610 complaints in a nine month period. Their web site indicates that Alyon has " been unresponsive to consumer complaints" (no kidding)and they "will no longer take complaints about this company."
You now know who to REALLY complain to. Check the postings and get those E-mails and regulat letters out to the proper agencies.

It is ONLY the Better Business Bureau that may no longer be taking complaints against Alyon. THe BBB has no police powers, they are a private agency that tries to resolve problems through negotation ( worth nothing with a company like Alyon).
It is useless for them to process claims against Alyon, when they could use their limited resouces to really settle problems for consumers and other companies.
Their have been so MANY Complaints That The BBB has just given up. Complaints they have no power to resolve ,so why pursue it.
NOt true of many GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. Currently, At least 21 Attorney Generals are investigating Alyon. Florida has a RICO (Criminal (censored)eering)case in process. The FBI is doing something and I am sure the FTC is involved.
The big three Credit Bureaus will take complaints against Alyon if your credit is affected by them. You are now able to complain to one Credit Bureau and all will initiate investigations of the complaint. They promise to quickly remove any (censored)claims on your credit report.
So you should complain, it will help.
