Alyon is in a dirty business. And the business of minors is ohhh! so welcome. No credit card number is required to access many adult sites because of companies like Alyon. You get to select your payment method. If you don't want to use a credit card, then select direct billing. That's where Alyon comes in.
Norcross houses a nasty business. Alyon will put Norcross on the map.
Bill the user. If it's a minor, bill the minor. Alyon can't screen them out. The phone connection may be in the name of a 85 yr. old grandmother. She sure won't be paying it.
Alyon need to tighten up their act regarding access. It is their problem.
