Alyon Technologies Disgusting, rip-off (censored) artists sent bill for 151.59 for pornography. Total fabrication. Let's take 'em down!!! Norcross Georgia ......
Bill for $151.59 alleges porn site was accessed for 31 minutes at $4.99 per minute. My two daughters, ages 10 and 12 were only ones on computer that morning. I have set strict parental controls on their home pages and e-mail and it is impossible for them to access any new websites without my consent. Do a web search and you will see that these s**t peddlers are ripping people off all over the country.
Intend to contact local, state and governmental authorities about these (censored) artists. Suggest you do the same. Better Business Bureau no longer takes complaints because they have received so many already. Anyone interested in joining forces to take action against this these (censored) - legal or otherwise - please post response. I work with several good attorneys and am open to suggestions. Good luck!

I, too have filed complaints with various state and governmental organizations. Will talk with co-workers on Friday about legal options. More than just coincidence? I have noticed several invoices mentioned in these rip-off reports are for 31 minutes and $151.59 billed, just like my fabricated invoice.
This seems too strange for pure coincidence. Anyone else sensing a pattern to Alyon's deception?
Also, like the suggestion of contacting local police for affidavit that minors accessed website, even though my daughter truly is innocent, Alyon has e-mailed me to request "evidence" that a minor resides here. Think I want to give info about my children to these slime-balls ... NO WAY!

Could You Get A Professional Opinion From An Attorney?

Hi Ellen,
Since you work with several attorneys, could you get a professional opinion as to how he/she would legally handle this (censored)matter? Most VICTIMS here have taken the proper steps of filing complaints with the appropriate Federal/ State Agencies.
I do not believe ANYONE here (or 99%)intentionally, knowingly, or willingly went to this alleged "adult" web site. I personally believe Alyon HI-JACKED our computers and ILLEGALLY downloaded their TROJAN dialers and SPYWARE, then made the calls to the porn site from OUR computers--all without OUR knowledge or consent.
Then you have those who have no phone or had it disconnected months (some cases, even years) before the alleged incident occurred; those who do not own a computer or have internet access; those who were not home when they "allegedly" visited this porn site; deceased people viewing "adult" content; those whose names did not match the phone number billed; a CHURCH in South Carolina; a CITY HALL in Oklahoma; the elderly; a RETIRED PASTOR (who was out of time when he supposedly visited this "adult" site) etc.
I would like to know how an attorney would handle this matter if he/she had received a (censored)bill from Alyon.
