Beware: Do not do business with the following people: Ambiance Design Group, Jillian Ortells, Jacquelyn Ortells, Influence Design Studio, Nicole Graziano. They all were associated with Ambiance Design Group. They racked up Thousands of dollars in debt with us, broke every promise they made. They then decided to close up shop and open a new corporation. They now operate under Influence Design Studios. While they told us they couldn't pay their bills, Mrs. Ortells purchased a Jaquar, but for some reason couldn't pay their shipping bills. Convenient!!!! If you are also trying to find these people you can reach them at 702-871-7117

My name is Jillian Ortells and I am the daughter of Jacqueline Ortells. I did legally on paper own this business, something that my mother put in my name at the age of 18 without my consent. She had ruined her own credit so decided to put the business in my name and left me with this debt. I was never involved in any of the dealings with paying vendors, I wasn't even a signer on a bank account. My father and her made all financial decisions and I was meerly an employee, often making less than other people that worked there. The jaguar was hers. She did end up loosing the business after the housing crash so you are not the only person that was owed money to.

I didn't know about this debt. I have found out about the debt that is owed by the business over the past years when I receive judgments or leins against me personally. I am trying to clear my name, repair my credit and fix what they didn't handle. If you want to contact me directly and discuss this bill, I am willing to do so. I don't even know who you are, what the service was or how much is owed. I moved away in 06 and all of the business paperwork and bills never went to me. I  don't have any contact with my mother. My father had a stroke and is not able to speak or walk again. Neither one of them can or will help you. I just want to be done with this. Please contact me to resolve. I am sorry you were treated this way.

There are so many things I would love to tell people about these snakes of so called business people. First off this is NOT the first time these ladies (Jackie and Jillian) have conned people. I cannot tell you the horrors I had working for such shitty people. First off, back in the high school days of 1995 and later dates these people accused a friend of mine for stealing money when it was actually Jillian who was using the money to buy drugs! Then when I was hired there they had changed their names and my friend felt terrible for me because they were so shady and had once again made a new company before we put 2 and 2 together that they were the same people. I was one of 4 new hires who had the illusion that this company was well off and doing great things. I am not one to complain about work but it was to the point that I was having panic attacks before, during and after work if I had to be around these people anymore. I was taught nothing and we worked insane hours. I wasn't paid the first week I worked there. The new accountant quit because their books were so messed up. A lady was hired to re-vamp the company and after they fired everyone, she also left. I was told how they belittled people at weekly meetings while I wasn't in the office those days. Companies didn't trust us with samples or payments because they never followed thru on anything! There's more but I still do everything I can to warn people of their evil ways and completely unethical way of treating people. It disgusts me to know they are ripping off someone else. They even threatened me when I put my 2 week notice in and said that I better be careful because they know people in town (Big deal losers, I know more!). I am glad Fernando divorced Jackie and I hope it sets him free now. Anyone who reads this, no matter what company they are running now - Beware of BOTH Jillian and Jackie, they are evil and nothing else to it.

I am an ex-employee of Ambiance Design Group. Jillian is Jackie's Daughter and when I worked there I was under the impression that the company was owned by Jackie and Fernando Ortells. You would not be the only business who did not get their money. Many times I would be out working with a vendor and they would repeatedly ask for me to message to accounting to pay past due bills. Some up to 6 months past or more. It was hard for me because I would be asking them to do more work in a very short amount of time. Ambiance Design Group has good designs, but I don't believe in their business ethics. I will be removing this company from my resume.

Influence Design Studios, Nicole Graziano have nothing to do with ADG's debt. They should be cleared of this. They are reputable.

I wanted to again clarify that Influence Design Studio, Nicole Graziano, and Jacquelyn Ortells don't have anything to do with Ambiance Design Group's debt. My purpose in this update is to clear their names.

Another Clarification is needed: I originally named Influence Design Studio in the initial report. The reason I did so was because I was calling a phone number that we had on file for ADG (Bontempi). It was answered by Nicole, a previous employee of ADG, representing Influence Design Studio. A major red flag was raised at that time. To clarify, Ambiance Design Group and Influence Design Studio have nothing to do with each other. They even have different owners. Ambiance Design Group is owned by Jillian Ortells, and Influence Design Studio is owned by Jacquelyn Ortells. For all I know Influence Desing Studio could be a very reputable company. I was just confused because when I was attempting to collect money from Ambiance Design Group, we did have contact with Jacky or Jacquelyn Ortells. Employees of Ambiance Design Group told us that Jacquelyn Ortells and her husband were the owners of the company. This is why we added Influence Design Studio to the report. Jacqulyn Ortells is listed as the President of Influence Design Studios. Since we were told by employees of Ambiance Desing Group that Jacquelyn Ortells was the owner we were suspicious. To update the report, information has been brought to my attention that Jillian Ortells is the actual owner of Ambiance Design Group, and that Jacquelyn Ortells, is not the owner of Ambiance Design Group. We were given incorrect information from employees of Ambiance Design Group.

I am willing to clear their name

I would like to update my ripoff report and take off Nicole Graziano's name. She was not the owner of the company. She should not be held liable. I was frustrated and felt that she kept giving us the runaround. But it was not her fault. In addition: I am very willing to clear Ambiance Design Group, Influence Design Studios, Jillian Ortells, and Jacquelyn Ortells if they will pay the debt that they owe. Jillian Ortell signed a contract with us telling us that she agreed to pay the amount owed. That has not happened. To be clear, I am not sure how Jillian Ortell and Jacquelyn Ortell are related. Jillian is noted as the President of the corporation, and from time to time we dealt with a lady named Jacky Ortell or Jacquelyn Ortell. We were under the impression that she was the owner. I am not sure though. Bottom Line- Ambiance Design Group owes us money. I would love to clear their name if they pay me the money.

I need to clarify my initial ripoff report. In my initial ripoff report I noted that "These people run from debt" (Ambiance Design Group, Jillian Ortells, Jacquelyn Ortells, Influence Design Studio, Nicole Graziano) To clarify, I mean that Ambiance Design Group runs from Debt. At least they did with me. Here are the reasons I mentioned the above people's names: Nicoole Graziano: She was the A/P for Ambiance Design Group. She is the person that we dealt with. We always got the runaround with her. Jillian Ortells is noted as the President of Ambiance Design Group on the Secretary of State's website. We were told that Jacquelyn Ortells was the owner of Ambiance Design Group. And Finally, the reason I mentioned Influence Design Group- This is the New Corporation that Jacquelyn Ortells setup. The Secretary of State's website shows that they created this website on 10/3/2007 at 2:00:31 PM. I called Influence Design Studios today, January 9, 2008 and Nicole Graziano answered the phone. This is the same Nicole that we dealt with at Ambiance Design Studios. When Nicole answered the phone I said, "Nicole, how come you guys broke the contract you signed with us?" (To help them out- we gave them a payment plan to payoff their debt. They signed an agreement and didn't live up to it). She Said, "Oh, I don't deal with that anymore." Very convenient! So I don't speak of Nicole as if she personally runs from debt, I wouldn't know. She told us that she was going to be our contact to get their bills cleaned up. It never happened. It is my opinion that it was not her fault that we were not paid. She had to answer to those abover her. The reason I mentioned the Jaguar: As we were consistently trying to collect their past due bills, I noticed a Jaguar with a new car sticker in their parking lot. I tood a picture of it then asked Nicole, "How does the owner afford to buy a Jag, but can't afford to pay their shipping bills." She responeded, "Oh, she knows a lot of prominent people here in town and it was given to her." HA HA- That happens all the time! In the initial report I mentioned that they closed up shop and opened a new corporation. I said They now operate under Influence Design Studios. I need to clarify- Nicole and another gal that worked for the Ortells at Ambiance Design Group, now work for the Ortells at Influence Design Studios. So, it appears to me that they ran from our debt, and opened a new corporation in which to do business. In the initial report I mentioned that they broke every promise that they made. To clarify, Nicole consistently told us that they wanted to pay this off and that they would sign a contract. They paid us the initial good faith payment, but then missed the very 1st months payment, as well as every month thereafter. They would also tell us that they will call us back. That rarely happened. They would also tell us that by a certain day they would get us a check. That didn't happen. At the end of the day I am frustrated because they owe several thousand dollars and are 257 days past due. Then I find out that Nicole and another gal that worked at Ambiance Design Studios now work for the Ortells at Influence Design Studios. Just Beware, and good luck getting ahold of the Ortells if they owe you money, we haven't been able to for 257 days now!
