Ambient Planet Ernie Zambrano, Media Initiatives Group Ltd, MIG Did not pay full amount for work performed. Paid shorted amount 60 days after job complete. Contacted them many times. New York, New York
I worked for months for Ambient Planet on their marketing campaign for Quiznos. I was shorted pay by $ 326.00. After sending at least 4 invoices to Ernie Zambrano who is the Manager of Operations. He is the person who booked me and who I was to report to each day. These promotional days were in May of 2010. I worked all days and did things perfectly. Quiznos was very happy with my work. I received a check from Ambient Planet at the end of June which was $326.00 short!
I called and text Ernie. He told me to email Colleen McGovern and she would make sure it was taken care of. She emailed me and said she would look into it. Nothing else was done. After that time I have emailed, text, called many times for Mr. Zambrano. The response was either, "I am out of the office until..., email Colleen" or "That check was supposed to go out Friday, I will see why it did not". Then after a couple of months back and forth-I am not getting any response from Mr. Zambrano. He urged me to call his boss a couple of weeks ago. I responded via text "What will he say. It is going to be more run around, just take care of it". No response after that.
This has gone on long enough. I need to file a small claims court case. I will have to take the time to go to New York and see justice served. It is not right. My co-worker on this project has not been paid her shortage either. Beware!

Ambient Planet and Ernie Zambrano have paid me the balance of money owed. Took work to get paid, however they have paid in full.
