Ambient Planet NON-PAYMENT for promotional work! New York, New York
I did a promo for Quizno's for Ambient Planet on August 2 - 13, 2010. Even had to travel! I've done promo's before so I waited patiently for my check. I started getting worried (hearing rumors about how this company DOES NOT pay unless real ACTION is taken) and so I started emailing, calling, and leaving voice messages to EVERYONE I could with Ambient Planet. ONE call did get through (assuming it was a receptionist) and she said the guy who hired me no longer worked there and she was sure that was the problem and I should see a check soon. Still no check and that's been at least a month ago! It is now January 2011! Since I've continued to call (with no response), sent a letter to the company (no response), and emails with ANYONE I can who may be connected to Ambient Planet (including an email I found online with initgroup (with no response). The economy is bad as we all know. And I need MY money! I am going to contact the labor board as well file a suit if this matter is not resolved soon! This is ridiculous!!!!
