Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recently bought a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica Touring from this place....had it back to the dealership 3 times for motor mounts and check engine light....I bought the car in Febuary 2012 and have had nothing but problems with it ever since..  Called them they told me to bring it in to them I did, they said it was fixed brought it home same problem....Called Mike told him he told me there is nothing else they can do for me to take it to another dealership and trade it in, after they told me that if the problem could not be fixed that they would trade it in!  Then when you raise your voice to any of them, because of frustration, they act like it is your fault!  The so called mechanic they have there does not know what he is doing at all!!! I overheard him in the backround telling Donnie, the first time, Mike the second and third time that he don't know what is wrong with it!!! Their solutions to problems is clearing out the board so it is a temporary fix so it looks like it was your fault that this happened to the car!
I was told I was given a great warranty...I call the warranty company and they tell me nothing is covered for what I state is wrong with the car.  I paid over $10,000 for this vehicle with just over 68,000 miles on it.  My car payments are $365.09 a month and I pay my payments on time every month for a car I can't even enjoy.  When I first bought the car, I was told that they checked it over that it was in great condition.  Brian told me that all he had to do with the car was change the motor mounds.  when I brought the car home a week later the check engine lite came on took it back to the shop, Pops informed me that he had to change the motor mounts that they were never changed.  A few weeks later again, the car starts stuttering like it wants to shut off.. I took it to a mechanic to have it looked at they said the motor mounts were never changed that the engine was tilited inside the hood.  Took it back to the dealer once again pop's who supposedly fixed them the last time, stated they were never fixed.  So he fixed them supposedly again.  Took it home the car still stutterling, took it to a mechanic again...The warrantee company stated that what was wrong was not covered.  Found out that cylinder 1 was misfiring.  Had it fixed at my expense, changed plugs, plug boots, the coil mechanic showed my husband that there was oil all over the plugs and that was not a good sign that it is internal in the engine.  Called the dealership because at this point Brian had told me if I went ahead and tried to fix it myself and nothing could be done that they would trade me for something for the same price.  The owner Mike told me to bring it in and gave me a lender so that they could "fix" the car.  They had my car for 2 weeks. I just got it back on 7/21 and the check engine lite is back on and the car is stuttering again! they said that Larry was the person working on the car that he had changed the motor mounts for the 4th time and changed the plugs, coil, (2nd time) and 2 injectors. I informed him he told me there is nothing more they can do....and that they can not trade the car in...(going back on their word!)  I need help to resolve this situation.  They have bad reviews and were reported to the BBB  a few times.  Please if you could help me please I would appreciate it!

Sincerely,
Unsatisfied Customer
