Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My Daughter went to this dealer to buy a car. She was shown a 2005 Chevy Equinox, she put money down on the car and was told to come back to pick it up. a day or two later she was called and was told that the Equinox was no good and they would not sell her that car. She was told that they had a 2008 Kia Sportage that was better for her, but it would be more money and she would need a larger down payment.

On Sat. Dec. 5, 2015 she picked up the Kia Sportage, found out it had 130000 miles on it, but she was told that it was in great condition and was told if there are any problems, just call them and they would fixed the problems.

On Sunday, the next day, the check engine light came on. Had it checked and was told that the code was for te catalyst converter. She called the dealer and was told to bring the car in and they would take a look at it. The next day the car broke down on her and would not start. They sent a tow truck to pick up the car and found out that it started rigt away. They kept for te whole day and said they would check everything out.

Went to pick up the car on Dec.10, 2015 and was told that the rear door was left open and it had ran down the battery and that the battery was replaced. When she asked about the check engine light, she was told that they could not ceck it because there was no codes in the system, but to take the car and if the light comes back on, to bring it back and they would fix what ever is wrong. Brian was the person she dealt with and even told er he was the owner of the place and it would only cost him $200 to $250 dollars to replace the catalyic converter if was bad. e also stated, what do expect with 130,000 miles on the car.

On Dec.11 the car would not start again. Found the negative battery cable ad fallen off the battery, it was never tightened up. The check engine light was back on.

Now she has to take the car back to them to work on the problem with the check engine light that we know has something to do with the emissions.

Who can help my Daughter with this problem?????
