I am an AED distributor 'in waiting'. I was expecting the delivery of a machine as soon as this week, or possibly next according to Ed Farlow. The machine was supposedly put on a ship last Thursday, 9/30 - my last contact with AED.
I have read the many comments on this web site about AED and have been physically sick since. I would like to join in the effort to find out what is going on and am very interested in hearing from anyone and everyone about what happens next. IF I even get the machine, who is going to support it? If not, how do I get my money back?

I have tried the FTC, filed a complaint, no knowledge there of anything. I called the Florida Attorney Generals office, they have received numerous complaints, but they also claim to know nothing. The Division of Consumer Affairs (Florida) have also received numerous complaints, but they also know nothing. They did say that AED's 'business opportunity' filing with them had lapsed on August 11th and not been refiled. I called the North Miami Beach FBI office, they have received 3 calls (counting mine) requesting info on AED, but the person knew nothing of any action they were taking, but was going to look into it and call if they found anything - this person was really helpful despite her head cold! I have also gone onto the website www. kiosk scams and contacted the author about this situation, if all of you do this also, it might be a way for all of us to communicate.
