American Frieght - Sales Manager Jeramia - "J" Or Jermy Sales manager refuse to give me a refund deposit back to me of $40. And the receipt said that I had until 10 days to get a full refundl, and this was on my 10th day. Manager gave me a very hard time yelling and screaming at me very rude in an uproar. Livonia Michigan
American Frieght should be American out of sight! I went in there to shop and the sales team road my back the entire time trying to get me to buy. And I told them I was just looking. I noticed the furniture was very cheap looking and indeed match the cheap prices as I sat on the sofa the print from the curls in my hair wear inbeded in the sofa as well as my butt print as if I made a snow angle. The manager tried to convience me that the furniture was al so good as he took off his shoes and jumped on the couch with dirty smelly socks and feet his sock wear dirty as if he ad ran through a puddle of mud and the tips were floppy that alone turned me off and I thought I was going into cariac arest from the smelll. The manager basically pressured me into putting a sofa in the layaway he swore it was such a great deal. I put $40 down on it because I was truefully unsure about it. I did some shopping elswhere and found just what I wanted with a much better sales person. I later returned to American frieght on the 10th day to recive a refund of my cash in which I put down the recipt said that I could get a full refund. The manager popped out when I said I was there for a refund questioning me why and trying to pursaude me into getting something else. I said I wasn't interested at this time I would like a refund. He began by saying I can mall you a check, I said no I want my cash back. He began to yell in an up roar and I yelled back at him and told him to give me my money. In the end I was told that it would take a mouth for me to get a $40 check in the mall what a pitiful shame.
