American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. Mortgage Broker falsifies info on loan application forged my signature I end up with predatory option ARM loan with AHMSI Irving texas
I refinanced my home loan in February of 2007. After the settlement signing I noticed that I had three different versions of loan applications and all contained varying falsified information and one had my signature and initials forged. This was done by one or more employees of the mortgage broker I went through. I also started to compare the disclosure documents, provided to me by American Brokers Conduit,a division of AHMSI, with the settlement documents. Nothing adds up.
Now I am stuck with a predatory option ARM loan which I was deceived into signing. Don't know what the interest rate is! Didn't know prior to signing this bullshit loan that I would only be able to pay the minimum payment option, so my balance always increases. I am a victim of a fraud and deceptive lending by these two companies. Do you think I can find any help from anyone or anywhere to fix this? Over two years of attorneys and filing complaints with this or that government agency and I still am stuck with an illegal home loan! Whatever happened to the days when something like this never happened in this country?

on 06/11/2009 I had my loan documents audited and the mortgage compliance analysis report shows numerous violations (or non-compliance) of federal and state laws. most of the violations are federal tila. i received a notice of default on 05/30/2009, dated: 05/28/2009. my situation with this lender leads me to wonder just how many other people in this country have either already lost their homes to these crooks or are about to in the very near future. i also wonder how many other poeple have "illegal" mortgages with this crooked company but are not yet facing forecloseure. regardless of your current situation with regards to the status of your loan with this company we need to communicate.there are probably more than enough of us to file a class action lawsuit. have you had your loan documents audited? do you suspect that your loan may not be in compliance with federal laws and state laws in your respective states. in my case i believe that both the mortgage broker and american home mortgage purposely and wilfully deceived me into signing this bogus predatory loan through fraud, forgery, and deception through improper disclosure! if you're tired of dealing with these crooks alone let me know!
