I entered a contest to win a free laser hair removal, not that I cared that much about it that much, just to see if I could win a contest! I was surprised to get a call about a week later telling me that I won a $300 certificate and I was to set up a free consultation appointment.
I could not find any prices anywhere on their website, and I had no idea how much these types of things costed. I figured I would just go to the consultation and get the facts, and if it was too expensive, I would just tell them "No thank you." The lady I spoke to would not give me any prices until about half-way through the consultation, after she explained all of the procedures. When I found out the prices, I told her I'd like to think about it and get back to her, and she told me that the $300 I won would only be good if I signed up for a whole package (where I'd be spending hundreds to thousands of dollars) right then and there. I thought, if I won $300, I should be able to just get a few treatments, whatever it would cover, but this is not the case. I was sucked into buying a very expensive package. I was very embarrassed and uncomfortable about it for the rest of the day. I canceled it first thing the next morning.
They told me that they couldn't do anything about it now since it is the weekend, but they will call me 1st thing Monday morning. I am anxious about this because of all of the other reviews I have read. Hopefully, this will be rectified quickly.
