Michell called me to let me know that they had a buyer for my timeshare that was listed with another company, and they had a deposit already for half of the funds. This was in July 09... All they needed was $1298.00 for title search and legal fees, so I reluctantly gave them a credit card, after telling them that I saw them on rip off report and she explained to me that there were competing companies in Florida not working under the guise of the law defaming their name.

So I was told the title would be ready on 9/17. After several calls, someone finally got back to me, and told me there was a delay with the buyers, and it will be next month. Then next month, then next month. So in November I told them I'd had enough and I wanted my money back and I'd just keep the timeshare. I even informed them that I was recording my conversations. This apparently got some attention. I received 8 calls the next day asking for the tapes, and telling me it was illegal to tape a conversation, and i told them it was illegal to steal money from people. The next day I recieved a call explaining that several people had been fired and there was a bad seed in the organization and my sale was still on a due to close on Dec 14th. So I called on the 14th, 15th, 16th.. The message box was full, then on the 17th, it was open again, then on the 18th full again, then on the 21st.... disconnected.

I AM WILLING TO GO AFTER THESE GUYS IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT, or personally!

They were happy to take my $598 and made representations as to all the things they'd to sell my Royal Elite timeshare, but I have heard nothing for 5 years now! I did call a few years ago to lower my price to below the market price they had suggested, but still nothing, not even for the rental option. I really see it as nothing more than taking your money, and I was a fool and fell for it

I posted my Royal Elite Timeshare property with American Marketing Group, the #1 resale agency. I paid $1298.00 for the services. I never signed a contract and would like my money back after reviewing a number of complaints that were posted by others who warned me and others about a possible scam with no way of getting your money back
