Well the saga continues with ARLG. After I found out I had been duped I contacted the Florida Bar and gave them all of the doucments I had with ARLG, bank statements, etc. I filed a complaint, and was also advised to fill out a form for the clients security fund, to which I'm hoping I. At the very least see my retainer fee back. I've also received paperwork from the FL bar about the possibility of having to testify against the 2 theiving "attorneys" who robbed so many of us. I'm nor sure what will happen, but I would start with contacting the Bar in your state, file a complaint, and go from there. I know that there is a class action lawsuit against ARLG in Ohio right now. Hopefully some good will come out of all of this mess. Good luck to all :)

SAME exact story here; except we were forced to file bankruptcy to save our home. Now we're making huge payments to a trustee for 5yrs. Yes, they had an A+ rating with BBB when I started also. When I didn't hear back from them I kept calling Bank of America.Next I heard ARLG in FL was shut down. I searched and found so many stories like ours. The BBB rating changed right away....but too late for so many families. My focus changed to saving our home. According to BOA (not to be trusted either)(but whole other story) they were threatening foreclosure. If I ever see a law suit, Im ready.
