As promised, with the help of my friends at the Rip Off Report which reported the news, starting next week I will be purchasing (which I am doing so as we speak) no less than 8 blogs detailing and this company's illegal acts and wrongdoings using their various names invented when one garners more heated than is acceptable to local, state, and federal law enforcement. With your help, I will be taking them to task. This will not be any easy undertaking financially but with the help of all those that this loose organization of criminals have outright deceived ever cent from over the last 13 years starting with Classic Show Trucks, United Truck Group, Transport Financial, Bally Financial, Truck Capital, National Truck Funding, etc.
I will ask for donations and computer equipment along with names and the corresponding hard files, on the website being created right now. I am talking about $5 to $25 donations to keep this going. It is an inexpensive cost at payback and we will drive them into oblivion.
Look for thing to come and thank you for your time. I apologize for your loss. It is now the time for everyone to band together that has been involved over the years and contributes something to this company's demise. I will be posting this on all forums that have information listing the crimes, illegal, immoral, and unethical in the short term. Please look for the next in this series for details on how you can help remove some of the ill-gotten gain they have pocketed over the years. Let's lower their standard of living.

On or about the 16th day of August, 2013, a civil complaint styled and numbered as American Truck Group, LLC, et al. v. Harris, et al., cause number 24C01:13-cv-01160, was filed in the County Court of Harrison County, Mississippi. This Court is physically located at 1801 23rd Avenue, Gulfport, Mississippi 39501. This Court has a mailing address of Post Office Box 998, Gulfport, MS 39502. The clerk of the court is Gayle Parker and her phone number is (228) 865-1635. This cause of action by the plaintiffs alleges that libel, libel per se, defamation and defamation per se has been falsely and injuriously committed by the defendants against the plaintiffs. These false and injurious allegations by the defendants include that the plaintiffs have conducted illegal activity and other dishonest business practices. These false, libelous and defamatory allegations have been published to third parties.
The plaintiffs have obtained an out-of-state subpoena duces tecum duly issued by the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona, to be, or which has been, served upon Ripoff Report a/k/a Xcentric Ventures, LLC, in an effort to discover the identity or other information concerning the author of this report. If this cause of action pertains to you, you may object to the production of any such information. You may do this in person or even anonymously in protest of any such production of information with the Court or by contacting Ripoff Report of your protest. The attorney for the plaintiffs is the Law Office of David Brisolara, PLLC, Post Office Box 13, Long Beach, MS 39560-0013.
