Yes, I have plenty of facts, one of which is your not in my database as a member in Memphis Donna/Beth, oh I mean, Donna Elaine. Fact: Mathew and Melissa are only out for their own well being and will discard anyone who is not in on the make them rich program. Fact: These people are buying the dream they are travel agents. Take your ID cards to a travel agency and ask them if this is travel agent credentials and see what they tell you. You pick the travel agency since all of these ex-employees know nothing, and see how that goes. Fact: Mathew knew starting AVT that this was illegal. Ask the Texas Attorney General their position on these "cardmills." Fact: Bad Publicity. This is not just in Memphis but in Dallas as well, and Houston is next. Why the Bad publicity if everything is so up and up? This wasn't ex employees who started these Bad reviews of this company, it was ex-consumers. Fact: Mathew and Melissa were involved in a similar "travel club" before this that also left a sour taste in the mouths of their members. See InterQuest on Ripoffreport.com Fact: The marketing rooms are saying things that are illegal, and they have been known to say people "won" a free trip. Fact: The marketing room was moved to avoid paying the bills, $5,000 rent. $5,000 dollars is what one deal supposedly brings in and they can't pay the rent. That is a FACT. Fact: The phone numbers for the whole company were changed to avoid paying a $40,000 phone bill. Fact: The newspapers, and television stations are being contacted in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Memphis, and Atlanta. So the bad publicity hasn't even started. YET! Fact: If you have money invested with American Voyager Travel Company, I would suggest you try to get it before nothing could be gotten because Fact: They are out of money. Their checks are bouncing again. Fact: Melissa lied to the reporter from the Fort Worth Star Telegram. She said she didn't know about Vacation America, when in fact the phone number for Vacation America is the same as American Voyager Travel, and they started this company to avoid paying charges to a cert company. This is the same scam they pulled with InterQuest and Camel Cert Co. I have plenty of facts, and so do the news crews.

I seem to have as many "facts" as most of the other people who have posted here, so your nasty comments are not necessary. As I said BEFORE...mistakes have been made. By both American Voyager AND individual employees. Mud slinging will surely not help at this point. Many people in the Memphis area have money and time invested in this company and hope to see this company continue to offer support to the Memphis Agents. Once again....why bring this to an obscene level? I just don't see the reason to attack someone so brutally and personally in a "so-called" business dispute.

Do/Did you work for this company? This company is in no way being unfairly attacked. How about the employees being unfairly treated? How would you feel if you went to work and the doors were locked. What about wondering how you were going to pay your bills or feed your children. Maybe Mr. Graceland does have a vendetta against one woman, but maybe there is a reason for that. The reason the Memphis office was closed (according to the owner) was bad publicity. Why the bad publicity? Beth had telemarketers reading a pitch with wording that was illegal. after she was told it was illegal did she stop them? NO Maybe you should have all the facts before you make comments!!!!

I don't know who Beth is, but it sure sounds like you have it in for her. Mr. Graceland, are you still with this company? If not, did you speak about other co-workers in this same manner. Calling someone a Dike, a Seamonster, a Rollie Pollie and a Weeble Wobble goes beyond voicing your opinion. It borders on hysterical and is also very juvenile. My 10 year old son is chastised for calling people names. Didn't you mother ever teach you the same. Get off your high horse. I am sure you made mistakes too. This company is being unfairly attacked by people like you and now you have made it a personal vendetta against one woman. Sure there have been problems , but I dont think "adults" should behave in this manner. Show some dignity...if you have any. If everyone was working together this problem may not exist.
