This is typical when someone is hurt and in pain the company response is to intimated and confuse someone in pain. Yes some may need more help than can be given. But in most cases the company can use it's insurance and get the person the right kind of help. Not mislead and fire them. It happens a lot in a company with no true leadership or one that is on the ropes. The truth is no leadership and lack of knowledge, about the rules and regulations a company says it follows. This company American Woodmark has not a clue!
