Without more information, this person name Amanda does not provide a last name, or an order number. For all we know, it could be a competitor posting on website like this to smear our reputation. If we have in any way caused problems to a customer, we will do everything in our power to fix the problem or refund the customer. But, as the owner of the company, I don't remember yelling at anybody in May or June or ever! Especially a customer, actually if you know me well, even if you ask my employees, yelling is not my style. so if she did get yelled at its not by me. Since Amanda has decided to post her unhappiness with our company online, its only fair that she publicly provide us at minimum her order number so that we can do some research to find out what went wrong with her order. That is if she is our customer. Perhaps she has us confused with another vendor, which might be the case, as in planning a wedding, it can be stressful and many times, a bride would order from multiple stores and get them confused (which has happened in the past, in which we get calls from customer complaining about orders, only to find out that we're not even the vendor she truly intended to call.) So Miss Amanda, as the true owner of AmericanBridal.com, please post your order number here and we will respond to it and if we made a mistake and caused you problems, we will publicly apologize to you and credit your order 100%
