America's Party Company, Gold Rush Event Services, Prime Services Secretive, anonymous company that won't provide any details about photobooth booking, operating under multiple company names USA Internet
This company is most likely a scam. They are not able to provide you with a contract or any terms and services. They are the exact same company as Gold Rush Event Services. The phone numbers for each company get answered at the same place, and although I bought through APC my credit card statement says Gold Event Rush Services.
They are not able to provide you any details about who is coming to setup/run your photobooth. They have a fake address listed with on the Better Business Bureau site, and told me on the phone that they "don't know" their address. No one who works for this company has a last name.
Anne, who is the only person you'll ever be able to talk to by phone, told me she is simply outsourced and doesn't really work for the company, and she has no answers about anything. She will tell you it is impossible to speak to anyone else on the phone, and that they will call you, but they won't. She accidentally let it slip that they didn't actually have anyone booked for my wedding yet, even though the event was 2 months away and I had booked them 8 months prior. That is when I demanded my money back, and it took a lot of persistence but I did get my money back. They actually went out and got a cashier's check to send to me, and didn't put their address on the envelope or check at all. The check was from "Prime Services", whatever that is. You would think a real company would have real checks, or the ability to reimburse my credit card directly.
No one for this company has a last name, the only person who will email you is "Casey". Anne accidentally referred to "Casey" on the phone once as "Kyle", and I asked if I could speak with "Kyle" instead since I've had no luck getting in touch with Casey, and she told me it didn't matter because they were the same person. If you look on reviews for Gold Rush Event Services - many of those people dealt with "Kyle". It seems to me these companies are being run by just 1 person, who is "Kyle" when you deal with Gold Rush and "Casey" when you deal with America's Party Company. This company goes out of it's way to be secretive and anonymous, and that is just incredibly shady.
