THESE GUYS ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF. THEY SEND A DIFFERENT ITEM THAN WHAT THEY SHOW AND SELL AS A DEAL ON TV. IT HAS TO BE ILLEGAL-WHERE DO I GO. CHARGED ME FOR GEMSTONES THAT I DID NOT GET!!! GOT LOWER QUALITY AND EVEN DIFFERENT SIZES THAT WERE ADVERTISED. THEY HAVE CHANGED THEIR RETURN POLICY TO 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT AND UNLESS YOU HAVE THE TIME TO BE ON HOLD FOR NEARLY AN HOUR YOU WILL NOT GET A RMA# (THIS IS THEIR WAY OF DOING RETURNS) WITHIN THE TIME FRAME. THIS WAY THEY CAN SEND MISREPRESENTED ITEMS AND NOT GIVE YOU CREDIT!!!!! DO NO BOTHER LEAVING MESSAGES -THEY ARE NOT RETURNED. I GOT AN RMA# (THE DAY I RECIEVED THE WRONG STONES) ON 4/18/08(AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR OVER 45 MINS) AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO INCUR THE COSTS TO SHIP BACK. IT COST ME $18.52 TO SEND BACK 2 ORDERS THAT WERE WRONG STONES, THEY RECEIVED BOTH RETURNS ON 4/21/08 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE THE CREDITS! ONE IS FOR $1163.99 AND THE OTHER IS FOR $392.99. I DID RECIEVE A UPS LABEL ON A BOX ON 4/25/08 THAT WAS SENT BY THEM ON 4/23/08-2 DAYS AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY RECEIVED MY RETURN AT MY COST. I HAVE SENT FAXES, EMAILS AND LEFT MANY MESSAGES-TO NO AVAIL-I DID GET THRU ON 5/8/08 (I HAD THE TIME TO BE ON HOLD) AFTER BEING ON HOLD FOR 32 MINUTES AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAVE 30 DAYS TO CREDIT ME (EVEN THOUGH WE ONLY HAVE 7 DAYS TO GET AHOLD OF THEM TO GET A RETURN RMA#), SUCH A SCAM!!!!!!! I ALSO MENTIONED THE COST I HAD TO INCUR TO SEND THE WRONG STONES BACK AND THEY DO NOT CARE, I ALSO MENTIONED THE LABEL BEING SENT 2 DAYS AFTER THEY RECEIVED MY RETURN, SHE GOT ANGRY AND SAID WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO TELL YOU. OH AND BY THE WAY I HAVE HAD AN ORDER PLACED ON 2/3/08 THAT HAS YET TO BE SENT AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD DECIDED TO CANCEL THAT ORDER-I SAID DID YOU NOT FEEL IT NECESSARY TO TELL ME - SHE YELLED AT ME!!!! PROBABLY TO MY BENEFIT THAT IT WAS CANCELLED - IT WAS TOO GOOD A DEAL TO BE REAL ANYWAY!!! I LEFT A MESSAGE TODAY (WILL NEVER BE RETURNED) THAT I WAS GOING TO MY BANK AND CC COMPANY AND LODGING COMPLAINTS WHERE EVER I CAN!!!!!!

This company has dealt with my complaints to my complete satisfaction and with apologies and follow thru. They are experiencing growing pains. I will continue to do business with them. They have set up an email for problems it is [email protected].
