It is so funny when I call this number (866-667-7285) to inquire for some help on my mortgage situation. A guy picked up the phone and out of the back, he asked for my address and my mortgage companies and the amounts of loans that I have. He did not bother to introduce himself (that is why I don't even have his name). He kept insisting for my address while I was trying to ask him what kind of help he can provides. I think he could not tell me what he actually does. He kept insisting on the address and then go with the analogy of the best doctor deal. He told me that he has to have the address, run some comparables and call me back to collect some paperwork and tell me the process.
Later on, I called Diana Tran, 714-795-4123, his associate. She told me that she can negotiate with my lenders to reduce my principles, lower the rates, keep the terms, and lower my monthly payments to a number that is way lower than my current payment. Also, she told me that she can eliminate all the payments that I skept for almost 9 months. She told me that she could do all that, but again, she cannot put the promise on paper. The normal charge for this is roughly $4300, but since my house has a sale date, she charges me $5300. She told me that not a whole lot of companies out there can do what she can do for me.
The funny thing is that I did check with my lenders and request for a loan modification. They told me that they can help me reduce the monthly payment by stretch out my term and put the remaining of my payment into my principles. They also told me that no lenders would work to reduce the principle amount.
If anybody know any company who work on our behalves to reduce out mortgage principles, keep the same term but lower the interest rate to a lower fixed rate, please reply to this message.

This person is asking, "If anybody knows any company who works on our behalves to reduce our mortgage principles, keep the same term but lower the interest rate to a lower fixed rate, please reply to this message" Well I'm replying to this message to tell you, YES - AmeriFund Smart Homes has lowered monthly payments, lowered interest rates and even saved homes after Foreclosure, this is what AmeriFund Smart Homes does on a daily basis. I can't tell you how many times a Happy Client (Homeowner) comes in to our office to tell us "What A Great Job We Did" - This nut case from Westminster also says he or she spoke with a "Diana Tran" who does not work for AmeriFund Smart Homes at this time.
