Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am wondering if any one who has been involved with the company's named above, and found out that their Social Security number, or any other personal information has been breached, and or might be at risk to be used illeagly.

Hello, My name is Joseph, and I had found out by reciving three checks from Citi Residential Lending, to buy material to repair my house were in fact worthless and the lumber company I went to to buy the material, would not accept them.

I am assigned a representive from Citi Residential Lending, named Virginia "Gina" Gutierrez, who assured me that the checks they sent me were "good", yet I was almost arrested for passing a "fruadulent check."

After many phone call's to Ms. Gutierrez, she stated to me, "The checks are good, and there is money in the account, so prove to me that the checks are worthless!"

I dug into the bank that issued the check, JP Morgan, Chase NA., from Dallas TX. I called long distance information and was given their 24 hour elctronic banking hotline. I entered the account number, thinking I would get an actual person to verify that the checks were in fact "cashable".

Instead I was asked for my PIN, or Federal I.D. number (SS#). I entered my Social Security number and had full access to over 65 CITI Inc. accounts, and millions of dollars, including checks payable, recievable, payroll, and other accounts.

So what I'm asking everybody who has ever had their Social Security number breached, stolen, or used without your permission on a CITI Financial bank account to please contact me via email.

I also want to add that I have been recieving credit card applications in other people's name sent to my address. So if any of you have experienced this find out if your Social Security Number has been breached, or other personal information has been used without your permission.

So far I have had to contact the Mpls. F.B.I. fraud dept., Minnesota Attn. General office, the IRS and other Federal offices to file complaints, and this is just the tip of the iceburg.

Again, if any readers have any information that can help me out in this matter, would be greatly valued.

Thank you.

Joseph
