DEAR FRIENDS, On the Case Law, Ameriquest did not test the court on the pre-payment amount, it was about paying the attorney fees for Mr Turner on the appeal. And the court was favorable to both parties, paying their own fees. This was not a defeat for Ameriquest, this was pocket change for them. When one post Case Law, they should read all of it, and they would have seen the out come. Nevertheless, good searching, and keep it up! We need more people like you on our side. Thanks!!
