Ameriwood Ameriwood - Terrible customer service and product Wright Missouri
Back in march the wife and i had purchased a 6 drawer dresser for our 4 year olds room because we were moving and wanted new furniture for his room so after we moved and got settled in i had put together the worst piece of furniture i had ever seen it was nothing but random uneven pieces but i got it together only to have a 45 lean the either side when touched. i called the company was on hold for over 2 hours and treated like an absolute idiot. their "engineering" department told me to put the level on my floor to make sure it was ok... its a brand new floor professionally done they then decided to ship me a new back panel for it which took over a month to get here. so i replaced said part only to have a smaller version put in its place because they sent the wrong one. the dresser still has no stability and i dont even want to risk putting clothes in it for the fear of it collapsing on its self
