This is a "coffee shop/ catering" business, that claims to use "fresh" ingredients and quality products
My experience was related to the catering. The food was evidently purchased from another restaurant and/or precooked foods and passed off as freshly made. The presentention of the food was dime store for what we paid and not much appeared to be as originally promised at contract signing.But in these situations you don't know until the last minute which is unfortunate.
Also the prices were very high for what we received. The coffee I had while making my catering arrangements wasn't bad but the muffin I was offered was stale and hard. (That should have been my first clue right?) In any case perhaps someone planning the most important day of their life as their wedding or a special birthday or luncheon will take heed in this and go elsewhere

I personally have used Nancy's services and she is nothing short of a life saver. Her food was original and spectacular. Jo must be a habitual liar and a thief to try and steal this woman's good name. I have had many parties catered by Nancy and not only does she bake her foods FRESH, she also presents it in a very professional manner.
Nancy, you have a loyal customer base here in Phoenix. Dont ever change.

I have worked with Nancy for just over a year. She is a very good caterer, always going above and beyond for her clients. I've seen her personally cut a cake (even though she didn't supply it), pick up trash that was to be done by the guest and reception hall and remove dishes for a buffet to please the guest. To say that she is a bad business woman is false. She has never indicated bad business practice. She is a good person, she values her customers and never would she purchase food from another location and serve it as her own. I have seen her put together stuffed chicken and salmon, rosemary pototoes, rolls, potato salad and pasta dishes just to name a few. She loves to cook and she's good at it. I recommend her to everyone i know that needs a caterer. I am baffled that someone could even consider saying horrible things about her when in reality her customer service outshines 5-star locations.
