Angel Trevino Essential Construction Fraudulent Contractor Houston Texas
Angel Trevino of Essential Construction is one of the biggest liars and thieves I have met in my life. I worked for 3 years to save up enough money to build my family a home and finally accomplished my goal. Shortly thereafter, I began searching for contractors and found one by the name of Angel Trevino d/b/a Essential Construction.
Mr. Trevino informed me that he could start the job immediately but needed a down payment of $20K. I was hesitant but felt like Mr. Trevino would be an honest person and would do the right thing. The next thing I know, he takes off with my money and never returns.
After searching a number of job sites and discussing with other families, I determined that Mr. Trevino has left a wake of emotional and financial destruction in his path. He has left jobs unfinished, subcontractors unpaid and homeowners covered up to their eye balls in liens. Please search the Harris County clerk's office, real property records as well as the surrounding counties. You will find a number of Abstracts of Judgments filed against him and his company that have remained unpaid.
I am your normal, every day, hard working person. I am not wealthy and cannot recover from this financial blow. In short, I have fallen prey to a viscous and deceptive thief. While Mr. Trevino may be judgment proof, we need the court of public opinion to step in and put this guy behind bars. I don't want to see any more families destroyed by Angel Trevino's fraudulent activity. If you come into contact with this individual, please take your money and run the other direction!
