On October, 15th Jerome and I had to move out in emergency from a house where we were renting a room temporarily the time we will be able to find a place on South Beach.
For us, we were in the middle of nowere in Miami.
We knew, what we thought was the owner of the house, since over two years and we thought she was a friend. Her name was Amparo Verde.
In fact, the entire family were involved in different criminal activities.
We discovered pretty fast that Amparo Verde welcome us in the house that she pretended to own just to rob us what never she could with her daughter Erica. They search in our personal staff, bags, boxes
Jerome banking cards had been used by Erica and his boyfriend.
Three complaints had been file with Bank of America against them.
We explained the all story to many police officers and a Sargent from the Miami Police Department.
I told the police officers that the husband of Amparo Verde was threaten me physically and that I was scared of him.
Amparo Verde tried to hurt me physically by putting very small sharp pieces of hard plastic in my food. We had to give her money for the food. We were not allowed to cook ourselves.
Anthony Arrighi knew all that through Jerome that explained to him everything over the phone couple of weeks earlier. So Anthony Arrighi knew perfectly the situation we were in.
We report to the police officers everything what happened to us over there.
They apparently knew who they were.
It should not be difficult to request a copy of the police of Miami report of that day
The Sargent threaten Amparo Verde husband to put him in jail, imposed him to give us back the money rent.
In fact the Sargent was really concern for our safety, talked to our lawyer, Moises Kaba III over the phone and told us that we had to leave as soon as possible. He gave us a lesson of moral. He told us that Miami was a dangerous place, we cannot trust anybody and here was not like New York or Paris. He insisted badly; we had to go in couple of hours!!!.
We were vulnerable, exhausted, lost as you can imagine.
The Sargent asked us if we had somebody to pick us up with the rest of our staff and our dog Chanel. He was as well concern if we had a place to stay. Jerome said yes because he had already called Anthony Arrighi.
Our lawyer, who was as well concern about our safety asked Jerome over the phone if we needed him to pick us up with Chanel, our dog. Jerome said no, because he already made arrangement with Anthony Arrighi
So this October, 15th 2007, Monday around 5:00 pm Jerome Vincenti called Anthony Arrighi to ask him if he could pick us up in front of Amparo House after explaining to him the emergency of the situation and making sure Anthony understood that we were not safe and that it was an emergency .
Anthony Arrighi said YES!!
Around 8:00 pm, three hours later Anthony Arrighi was still not there so Jerome called him back. Anthony Arrighi reaffirmed to Jerome that he will come to pick us up as soon as possible. He apologized to Jerome telling him that he get busy at the restaurant and to wait for him.
Karen, Amparo neighbor that lived the next house kindly proposed to us to put on staff safe on her property and invited us for dinner.
We of course told her that a friend was supposed to come to pick us up with Chanel, our dog.
She was as well concern about our safety.
Around 10:00 pm, two hours later Anthony Arrighi was still not there, so Jerome and I were still waiting Jerome called him back. Anthony Arrighi told Jerome not to be worry, if he cannot come himself to pick us up he will send his friend Edouard Huc who works for the familial business as a manager.
At 01:00 am, three hours later on Tuesday, 16th 2007 Jerome called Anthony Arrighi one more time. We were of course lost, stressed out and desperate and overwhelmed by the events. Jerome expressed his worries to him and remind him that we were still on the street after 8 hours Anthony was supposed to come to pick us up!!! Anthony Arrighi reaffirmed to Jerome that he will come to pick us up not to be worry.
Thinking that our Friend will come to pick us up, she nicely suggested us to wait our friend in her backyard
At 02:00 am, one hour later Anthony turn off his phone.
We in fact spent the night in a neighbor backyard with Chanel, our dog, my PC, clothing.facing the reality that Anthony Arrighi was a kind of psycho that took advantage of the situation, our vulnerability, our trust to make sure that we will be on the street next to Amparo, so unsafe.
He threatened our safety and welfare. He deprived us of the right to call somebody else, to organize ourselves by keep saying he will come to pick us up for sure until it was too late to call anybody else!!
At 6:00 am, this morning we left the Karen back yard leaving behind our staff and our dog Chanel.
We felt hopeless, desperate and so sad we couldnt understand what was going on, why Anthony Arrighi did that to us???. It is so cruel!!!
He needed just to say NO, or to let us know soon enough that he couldnt pick us up..
It would be the last time we saw Chanel alive.
Amparo Verde or a member of her family did actually trespassed to Karen property to kidnap Chanel and killed her.
Our vet told us that her neck was broken, she did not have any evidence of a car accident.
Where she was in Karen property, there is no way she could run away.
We noticed with our vet that her muzzle had been gaged to prevent her to bite or to bark !!
The Sargent was right, we were not safe and our dog was dead. By spending the night in Karen backyard, my PC was never able to log on.
Karen did not understand why did we spend the night in her backyard. Karen did not understand why our friend did not come.
Even if she was choked by what happened to Chanel, she was not surprised about what those people, Verde family, were capable to do.
Fact: Anthony never called us the Tuesday 16th, of October 2007 to at least to check on us.
When we went to see him at the Restaurant Rendez Vous, the family business during this afternoon Tuesday 16th, of October 2007, Anthony Arrighi seemed surprised.
Was he hoping that something would have happened to us?
Why he did not call us to check on us this Tuesday 16th of October 2007?
Why did he let us believe that he will come pick us up?
Why Anthony Arrighi said yes??

Jerome gave to Anthony Arrighi Amparos phone number because Amparo Verde claim to be a psychic and Anthony Arrighi does not do anything without consulting a psychic.
By trying to understand what was the Anthony Arrighi motivation in his actions, we think that it is possible that Anthony Arrigui did collaborate with Amparo Verde in some criminal activities what else???
Other fact very disturbing is that one night around 11:00pm somebody knock at my door very violently. I was by myself and Anthony Arrighi knew it. I did recognize through the eye of my door the Amparo husband.
The only one had our address at this time that could be connected to Amparo Verde and her husband was Anthony Arrighi!!!
Anthony told us that he never called Amparo Verde.
So I am requested from Anthony Arrighi to provide voluntarily his phone records from August 2007 to January 2008, to prove his good faith and it will prove as well that all communications between Jerome and Anthony Arrigui really took place at this time critical for us.
I did of course write an e-mail about this episode where I did accused him of maliciously calculate to put us in arm ways.
Excuses that he gave to us are: La batterie de mon tel etait a plat (the battery of my phone was dead), I asked him if he was in a deserted island at the time of the cave men
And an other time Anthony Arrighi told us "jai mal evaluer la situation (I misjudged the situation)"!!! NO COMMENT!! An other version... an other excuse that does not making any sense it is what liars do!!
I told him and wrote to him that his excuses are not going to stand facing law enforcement investigators or in a court of law as defense.
Anthony Arrighi never by writing did response to me!
I dont really know how to qualified this crime, I am not an attorney... may be Conspiracy of attempt to cause physical harm of a human being with malice and premeditation.

You obviously do not have any clues about the difference between RIGHT and WRONG!!!
You must be someone assisted, never been able to build anything on your own, responsible of nothing and for sure with no integrity and no moral with of course a cold hearted to be able to give such a comment.
If it is not clear for you that anyone has the right to lie, misleading, premeditate or manipulate to cause any arm to an other human being, I feel sorry for you, the law does!!!
Anthony his responsible of his actions and his choices as much as we do.
Anthony actions were calculated for a raison we try to understand and yes we have a theory.
The only Jeromes mistake is that he trusted Anthony, he thought he was a friend and Anthony made him believed it!!!!
So you can not trust your friend or your friend can not trust you????
Anthony should have said No and the question is why he said yes ?????????
He could pick us up, but it was part of a type of plan. Even if he could he did not have to, he just had to say no. He insisted that we wait for him from 5:00pm to 1:00am I am not a shrink to detect sociopath, sorry.
We did not need him, we had other options as you should know if you pay attention to my report. We had been manipulated hello, Wake up!!!
People know that the story are in choc, do not understand Anthony Arrigui actions.
Do not twist any thing and try to have some common sense.
You should not need me to justify about why we were in this situation or why we did not have a car to see what is wrong with the picture.
So for you, for each crime, wrong doing committed it is the victim responsibilitylovely!!

How is this man responsible for your own actions? He is not your father, he does NOT have to provide you with a ride regardless if he says he would or not. Where you ended up staying is your own fault, how is someone else to blame for the situation that you got yourself in? Part of being an adult is being responsible for your own actions. How do you not have your own car? You got yourself into this. You cannot simply rely on someone else and then blame them for anything that happens if they can't follow through.

In order to response to people questions that contacted me, I am going to try to give more details.
I made the story short because the point here is to express and show the fact Anthony Arrighi voluntarily let us believe that he would for sure come to pick us up and by his action cause us the lost of our dog, properties, pain, distress, sadness and more importantly put us voluntarily in an arm ways.
Who is Amparo Verde and his family?
We are not talking about average descent people here. We are talking about people were cursing each time they saw a police car near by. Those people would stay as far as possible from everything as the color, the texture or flavor of the law. I believed they will be burn to death the first step in a court house like a vampire in the sun.
Erica, the daughter with her boyfriend were working as parking Valet for the only propose to steal what never they could, phone, camera, sunglasses.
They were using different social security numbers, not only they show us but we saw different important phone bills with names on it did not belong to anyone living in the houseone time bill only . For them it was like trophy. Erica was proud to say that her real father was serving time in federal prison for murder. Her uncle was a very rich member of a Colombian drug cartel in Cali, Colombia.
The only time I heard about drug cartel it was on the news, with Jerome we were drawing in a movie set!!
Each time we had money coming in, Amparo would ask for it for food, electricity water even if we had to pay for the entire family. We agreed with Amparo to rent a room all utilities included, the time we safe enough money to be able to move back in South Beach. We were trapped.
Amparo Verde, Luis, tried one time to hurt our dog, Chanel, in our absence and Amparo herself told us that I am going to kill that dog!!
To reach or even know were was Chanel on Karen property it must be someone who knows the house. From the street it was impossible to see Chanel.
Amparos family knew!!
Amparos family had a dog, Aldo, that was badly abused. Used to escape from the house every day and be by himself on the street.
Aldo used to find a refuge to Karen house backyard in regular basis, and Amparo or a member of the family used to get back the dog themselves. It was natural for them to trespass Karen property almost everyday to get back Aldo without of course the knowledge of Karen or her husband.
It was one of Amparo and Karen issue as a neighbor.
I can go on and on like that and write a novel, but I think you got the picture.
So it was bad, and people like us have to get through what we get through to believe it. We are not criminologist, shrink and definitively not come from the same back ground, she is Colombian from a very modest family and we are French from a comfortable social class, we didnt want to judge.
But to give you an idea who was those people, we saw Luis, the husband washed himself in front of the house on the street site with the dish soap and a watering-can . Amparo was keeping the dirty blander container in the fridge to save dish soap...!!!
But before moving in we had no raison not to trust her. We did not see anything coming. Jerome met Amparo through the hair salon he was working. We never been to her house before moving in, or met the entire family. She was always playing, pretending to be the comforting Mama.
Why do you think the Sargent wanted us to go in the next couple of hours. Our attorney thought he was an illegal eviction it is the raison he get involved, but in fact after talking to the Sargent he explained to Jerome that the police had a serious concern for our safety.
One thing for sure, we reported as much as we can to the police what happened and we saw and heard.
Karen, the neighbor told us that it seems they moved out discreetly and fast because the house seemed empty and without any activities or light.
How to find them and under which name?? I will love to be contacted by the Verde family and make sure they pay the legal consequences of their actions!! It will be a beautiful gift for the holydays, believe me.
I know very well Anthony, he told me himself about his activities or projects and I believe I dont know everything of course. I already by writing and oral accused him, insulted him by every bad name came in my mind in French, 8 months ago.
He never denied anything or answer strait to any embarrassing questions. He is not capable to answer to question that will prove his good faith. I never received any legal threat letter from any attorney even if he knew were we lived.
Anthony Arrighi threaten Jerome by saying to him in French I dont want to f**k you up but I will if I have to It seems to me to be an ILLEGAL threat, may be physical an attempt of intimidation!!!
By attempting to make him understand that it is wrong what he did, what he does, I try to explain to him that he could go to jail.
Only at that point , when Anthony Arrighi heard the word prison he mentioned his attorney not to sue me but because he is afraid to go to jail!!!
I dont know if he understands that an attorney, even a good one connected as Anthony said his attorney is, is going to save him from the legal consequences of his actions if the authority fine hard evidence against him and I know they will, except if the attorney he is talking about is corrupt. An attorney is not a magician and can defend his client only in a fullest extend of the law.
This part is not my job, but the job of the law enforcement. My job is just to report what I saw, I heard and what I witnessed, and the justice department investigate. I do not believe I should be afraid for willing to report someone suspicious activities or contact to the justice department.
Beside the episode of Amparo Verde that cost us the life of our dog, referring to other actions that Anthony done to us, that caused us financial lost which one of them is that he destroyed my friend Jerome professional life and reputation as a hairstylist, (this part about Anthony is coming soon.) I tried to have with him a financial settlement that he accepted. The financial settlement was that he paid each month to Jerome $10,000.00 until Jerome recovered and that I rebuilt his carrier. We agreed on a period of time of three for months. The first month on June 2011 he gave to us $9,000.00 and the next couple of months $2,000.00. He of course broke the deal, did not keep his engagement as usual and more importantly he ran away!!! Suddenly he left for Australia hoping, I guess that things are going away by it selves but no it is not going away with a magic stick.
So for Anthony Arrighi the value of the death of our dog, the lost of our properties, financial lost that represent at least $150,000.00 in three years in half, the emotional distress, overwhelming sadness he caused us is only $11,000.00!!!
All Anthony behavior smell his gilt!!!! In fact, through each attitude, action and response to Anthony Arrighi facing my accusation prove his culpability.
