Antivirus2009 - CHRPAY.COM - MEYROCORPantivirus2009 tricked me into buying antivirus which gave me a virus now they will not refund my money Internet
was told that i needed to put antivirus on my computer and the add would not go away kept telling me i had a virus. so i bought it several days later my computer crashed my repair man said what i bought was more than likely a virus. so i email the company at [email protected] and they kept telling me i needed to contact the billing and refund department at [email protected] which of course the email address did not work so i went to the faq page and found another email address [email protected] after seveal attempts both address sent me emails saying i was getting a full refund in 4 to 5 working days that was 01/06/2009 still no refund contact company again yesterday and was told they sent the refund so i contacted visa of course no refund so put in complaint with visa. i have sent them 3 more emails today to let them no i contacted visa and the problem is on there end not mine this has been very frustrating. at least i finally got them to respond but it has all been lies i no i have been scammed will continue to send them emails even though i no it will not do any good makes me feel better but people at visa were very nice and helpful hope this helps someelse not to get ripped off cause it is not a good feeling.

just wanted to update i called the company and it went to voicemail so i left my information and to my surprise someone called back i explained that i still have not recieved a refund the representive gave me a date it was sent to visa i explained i just got off the phone with visa no refund he then wanted me to send in my visa statements and other info. to show the refund was not sent to visa so i said lets just call visa and do a 3 way call he refused so i new right then not to send them any more of my information it was a overseas company so i just put in a dispute with visa not sure if iam still in the time frame as this company kept giving me the runaround but worth a try...so if this happens to you dont waste your time they will not send you a refund no matter what they promise..
