AOL: American On LIne they rip me off for about $1000.00 in two months for free service Herndon Virginia
I was on the phone for 6 hours speaking with different reps, each promising different things. I tried to cancel a few months back but was told that if I stay I get two months free only to have had them take almost $1000.00 away for my account. One of the managers the name of Joel #54866 spoke to me rudely and lied about the conversation we had. I can write in more details but as I said I was on the phone with them for 6 hours. Everyone is confused or not listing. They want to give me only a half the money back. If I don't get all I am thinking about a class action suit against them.
