I have never even heard of credit alert. I was billed for 3 months of aol service that I never had signed up for, and this is the 2nd time they had done this. I called to report this and was told I would recieve a refund to my bank. When I checked my statement not only was there no refund, there was a debit for 79.99 for credit alert. I never authorized anything like that. The 3 months of service that was billed to me caused some overdrafts in the amount of 200.00 and aol refuses to pay this. I am so frustrated with aol that I am considering hiring a lawyer.

hiring a lawer would be a costly mistake every member in this service is enrolled legitimatly and it's always cool until someone is charged money for the service this is a great form of protection from identity theft and we keep proof of enrollment of all of our customers majority of the time you actually had to sign somthing to even be enrolled point being wheather you remember it or not you or someone close to you enrolled you in the service getting a lawyer would be a waste of time and money in the future be carefull what you do and you will not be enrolled in things you don't want and as far as the 79.99 it sounds like you enrolled yourself twice just be carefull.
