AOL Credit Alert ripoff charging for services not provided Trumbull Connecticut
A year ago I signed up for AOL Credit Alert. I was billed through my VISA, but never received any membership information or credit alert information. When membership was about to expire, I received a notice of expiration and a printed fraud bulletin. Then I received a $79.99 charge on my VISA. I called and cancelled and was told the charge would be removed. It wasn't. I called a second time and cancelled and again was told the charge would be removed at a cost of $13.34.
