Privacy Matters 123 They charged my check card for 29.90 and 59.90. i did not authorize them to do so. Des Plaines Illinois
Well i noticed that my bank had been charged 29.90 and 59.90 for two items that i had no idea what they were. so i called my bank and filed a claim. my bank called me today and said that there was nothing that they could do because supposedly i had authorized Privacy matters 123 to charge me for these two items.
so i call privace matters. and told the lady that they were charging me for two items that i didnt authorize. she begged to differ. she stated that i had an account with them and that thats why they are charging me. i said look here i dont have no account with you guys for one i dont have a user name or password. so i suggest that you do something about it before i do. and she said ok well let me write a note and put that we will reverse your fees that you were charged.
