Called to make appointment to have my Motor Home air conditioner checked out, the day before work was to be accomplished, advised them at that time we were on the road traveling and if they could not accomplish the work in one day that we could not leave our Motor Home for repairs.

Per instructions arrived at 08:30 AM next morning and was advised that they would have it out by Noon. At 1:30 P.M. I went to see about the MH and it had not been moved or touched.

I spoke to the coordinator handling my repairs who said he was really busy and would get it taken care of and would be done by 3:30 PM. I again advised him that It had to be done and back to me that evening because we were leaving Mesa next morning.

At 3:30 I called and spoke to coordinator who told me that he was so busy that he turned it over to another coordinator who was out to lunch, He checked and adivised that they had purged all of the Freon from my air conditioner and were getting ready to put Freon back into the system.

At 4:45 PM I went to the place of business and found them locking up the business for the night with my Motor home inside the building. It had not been touched except for putting down plastic in the Aisle and raising the hood. Mechanic said that he hadn't done any thing to it because there was a hose leaking in Air Conditioning system. I told them I had to have the Motor home out of there to leave Mesa next morning early.

They finally had one of the people from the shop take it outside and when he got out of the Drivers door he grabbed onto the door pocket for support and ripped it off. They refused to put it back on and made no appologies for their lying and failure to complete repairs. The service manager was abusive and denied any wrong doing on their part.

I later went to another shop in Green Valley AZ. who anayzed the situation and discovered that there was a vacumn leak which caused the system to switch from Air Conditioning to heat when the engine was under a load and lost vacumn.

There was no problem with the air conditioning hose nor freon level of the air conditioner.
