My husband and I want to cancel the contract with APX, you can read the reason why on my other report fron Bloomington, IL. They will not allow us to cancel, we no loger want them monitoring our house so we unplugged the system and let the pattery run down. APX called to let us know that the battery was low. The system has been turned off now for two days, as far as they are concerned the agreement has not been canceled and I am paid up to date, they haven't called to tell me that the system is no longer monitoring. I bet if I let that bill become late they will definately be calling me. They don't care about their customers, they only care about the money. A company that treats people like this but is supposed to be providing a service for the people is going to have problems.
