Just yesterday I saw those same Aqua Globes at Walgreens - set of 2 for $10.00. They were selling on TV 1 for 14.95 and pretending to give you a second one free. Everything they sell on TV is already overpriced and then charge shipping and handling to it as well. They always come out in the stores and you can buy them cheaper to start AND save shipping and handling.

Ok i have just finished with filing my reports with the BBB and my credit card company, the BBB has info on file and this is not the first complaint made to them. The BBB handling the complaint is Chicago BBB which you can visit at www.chicago.bbb.org and their company name is listed as Merchandise Direct. After I filed my report I was given this information....the Corporate offices are in Barrington, IL. The contact should be Ms. Marianne Skierka and the number is 914-347-7827. I hope this is helpful to anyone who has had it happen to you.
