ARC DVD DVDTox DVD RIP software is a rip and a CREDIT CARD SCAM Internet
Purchased Arc DVD and wasted a dozen DVDs trying to get it to work. Contacted their customer (lack of) service 3 times and got nonsense answers. They sent a completely different product Apollo DVD which worked just as poorly. Then they sent a different bogus program DVDTox which also is worthless. Next thing you know my CC is loose and credit card company says I need a new account number for security and these guys are on their dog doo-doo list BIG TIME. Also huge hassle trying to get back $39.95
