Arcadia Finncial ripoff ripoff business from hell Carol Stream Illinois
WOW I am simply amazed at how all of your reports hit home. I hve had many of the same problems with this company. I requested and received a payment history after I thought this loan was paid after six years and $549.00 a month for a 1994 toyota 4 runner. To my surprise when I asked for a clear title they told me I still owed $3,000, which they gladly refinanced for the same $549.00 a month for another year.
Anyway whenI received my payment history there are charges on there for phone number checks(whatever thatis)late fees, overdraft charges(Ihave never bounced a check and have proof of this. when I called they told me those were all legitamate charges. they threatened to reposs my truck the person was extremely rude and I told him if he tried to come and get it I would call the police and report it stolen.
He then asked me my address(which they have because they send me bills. He was extremely rude and never did show up. I lived in panic for quite awhile thinking I would come out of work and my truck would be gone. It takes them weeks to cash my checks.
I will never let them automatcally take money from my account. they did that once and took three unauthorized payments and then never returned the money that was three years ago.
I am definely interested in a class action law suit. I am appaled that this company has gotten by with this for all these years.
I wish someone would have told me earlier how they did business.
I have told everyone I know never to use ths company.
