I too just had a long battle with this company myself over an unauthorized car payment taken out of my bank 10 days ahead of schedule. I was hung up on several times, spoken to so rudely, it was very unprofessional. The reason I called my payments in was I used to mail them and they would call and harrass me 2 days after the due date if it had not been entered into there computer and I was sick of it. I too am looking to refinance and as far as the person from New York, either you don't know what your talking about or you are from this company and further prove the pompous, arrogant, unprofessionalism of this Company. Good Luck to you Chrsitiana.

This message if for Christina.. Im very sorry that several reps at my company have treated you this way... We are not all horrible there are several alternatives available to help you get back on track.. if you would like you can send me an email at [email protected] and i can assist you with a deferment or possible a refinace to help you get the payment down and back on track. I have all the respect in the world for your husband he has made an amaizing sacafice for his country by being in Iraq.. My brother in law is in the marines and just returned from his second tour so i do understand you frustration and i would really like to help make your experience with Transouth/Autoone a better one.

Here's an idea: try telling the truth. These people may be everything you claim, but they aren't ripping off the military. Your husband is the one in the military, not you. You were the one that made this deal. You were the one that failed to pay. You were the one that hung up on people trying to collect on a legitimate debt. You are the one that admits dodging their calls. And by the way, if you only needed the money for 3 days, why is the bill now a month late? Did you think of going to his First Sergeant? How about the on-post assistance agencies? Nope, didn't think so. I agree that there is a ripoff here. You are driving a car you aren't paying for. Sounds like a ripoff to me.
